A property may have multiple photos associated with it and the program provides a simple method for people to view all the photos.
The photos are listed and shown in alpha-numeric order. To force the photos to be displayed in the order you wish, simply put a number at the beginning of each photo's "caption", with 1 for the first
photo, 2 for the second and so on. Captions help you identify the photo in this list but the customer never sees the caption.Adding a New Photo To add a new photo, click on the green "New" button
at the top of the photo list. You may enter as many photos for a property as you want. The initial format for the photos may be any common format (.jpg, .bmp, ...) except gif. The program will automatically
convert any non-jpeg format into an optimized jpeg, re-size it to 320 pixels wide, and create a thumbnail for it. This feature makes it easy to keep a uniform, professional look to your pages, and keep the
Internet download times to a minimum, without having to become a graphics expert.
Note that a few cameras now output photos with illegal names. If your photo upload fails, check the name of the photo using Windows Explorer. The name should not have any spaces, but it MUST NOT have weird puctuation like commas or Sharp signs (no "," and no "#") Edit an Existing PhotoTo edit an existing photo's caption, click on the purple "Edit" button to the left of the photo's caption. Deleting an PhotoTo delete an existing photo, click on the red "Del" button to the
left of the photo's caption. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the photo. The description of the photo and the photo itself will be removed. |
