Title (Required)The title will be viewed by the customer
and used in the management properties list. This is a required field and no information will be saved if this field is blank. MLS#
To make it easier to manage properties, all property lists in the management section are ordered by MLS number. Leaving this field blank will
cause the property to be placed at the top of the list - we do not advise leaving the field blank. The customer does not see the MLS number unless you enter it in one of the description fields below.
PriceThe listings the customer sees are sorted in ascending order by
price (except the "New Listings" which are sorted by time entered). If you leave the price field blank, the property is placed at the top of the list the customer sees. The customer does not see this
price unless you also enter it into one of the description fields below. DescriptionThis is the long description the customer sees when they click on a property title to get more information about the property. To create a bulleted list, place a period at
the beginning of each line to be included in the bulleted list. To end the list, place a period on a line by itself. (Note: the first line is never included as part of a bulleted list even if you place a period in
front of it.) Short DescriptionWhen the customer is
browsing the list of properties (but has not asked to see more detail yet), this is the short description listed just below the property title. Agent (Required)This is a required field and should be the name of the agent who is listing
the property. Once an agent is chosen, this property will be in the agent's property list. Categories (Advised)You should choose at least one category for each property so that the customer can find the property under that category in "All Listings". You can check more
than one category. If you fail to specify a category, the property will only show up in "New Listings". If no categories appear at the bottom of the property description screen, go to the
"categories" item and specify some categories. Then go back to the property description and check the proper category or categories. |
